I build internal systems and AI-powered workflows that make small teams operate like big ones. I've co-founded two startups, led product at a third, and coached 100+ founders on the human side of building companies.

At MILLS, I established AI-first AI tooling to a 4-person bathroom renovation startup and built the infrastructure for autonomous agent workflows. I designed and shipped Lupra, a podcast summarization app. On my own time, I built Starling, a multi-agent system with anti-echo-chamber architecture.

What I do: find the friction in a team's workflow, build a system that removes it, train people to use it, and document it so the knowledge scales.
